Café Automatica Selected for ANIMATOR Festival in Poland

We’re thrilled to announce that Café Automatica, the upcoming animated series created by Jim Miller and Alexander Chernogorov, and produced by Rymanco, has been officially selected for the Animated Series Competition at the International Animated Film Festival ANIMATOR in Poznań, Poland, taking place from July 5–13, 2025.


Set in a quirky little café perched at the edge of the universe, Café Automatica follows the adventures of a human boy and an alien girl, who—alongside a crew of retro robots—run the café  and try to confront cunning machinations of the head of a monopoly energy corporation who is trying to get her slimy  tentacles on the planet's green power source . The series blends sci-fi, comedy, and heart, offering a fresh take on growing up, finding independence, and learning to accept those who are different.
